For Organisations looking to achieve certification these is a simple process. Candidate Organisations upon registration are issued with a questionnaire, along with a set of guiding principles which they agree to abide by to become charter members.
Application & Pledge
Organisations apply online, providing information about their hiring practices and a formal pledge to uphold the Charter values.
Assessment & Audit
A light-touch self-assessment and optional peer audit to ensure alignment with FRC standards.
Certification
Successful applicants receive certification and digital badges to use in email signatures, job ads, and websites.
Annual Renewal
An annual re-certification process ensures ongoing commitment and up-to-date standards.
Community & Improvement
Certified members join a community of best practice — with resources, workshops, and data insights shared across the network
